American Copper is engaged in the business of mineral acquisition and exploration in North America. American Copper’s objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct exploration programs at the Company’s Chuchi South (BC, Canada) and Lordsburg (southwest New Mexico) properties. The Chuchi South copper-gold deposit consists of thirteen mineral claims covering an area of 3,118.7 hectares located approximately 185 km northwest of the City of Prince George, within the Omineca Mining Division, British Columbia. Lordsburg is a historically producing gold-silver-copper district and consists of 7,554 hectares ideally located in a porphyry-rich copper region at the intersection of the NE trending Santa Rita Lineament and the NW trending Texas Lineament.
