Anthony paterson

Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Paterson is an experienced venture builder and corporate strategist with a background in advancing exploration and development-stage companies. As an early strategic contributor to Prime Mining Corp., he currently serves as Chairman of West Point Gold Corp. (TSX-V: WPG) and Co-Founder of Patriot Critical Minerals Corp.

Mr. Jeremy Ross brings over twenty-five years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, having played key roles in several successful resource companies, including Prime Mining Corp., Fission Uranium Corp., Lithium Chile and American Lithium Corp.

Mr. Ali Pickett is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and finance executive with over 17 years of experience spanning mining, biotechnology, and real estate. His expertise covers financial strategy, cross-border reporting, and capital markets transactions across multiple sectors.

Michael Murphy

Interim Chairman

Mr. Murphy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in designing and executing strategic initiatives and creating value for shareholders. Mr. Murphy has an established track record of transformational leadership within the metals and mining sector. He is the founder of TSX-listed gold producer Torex Gold Resources Inc., prior to which he spent more than 15 years in the financial services sector in London, UK, with Merrill Lynch, DLJ, and Credit Suisse. He currently serves as CEO of South Pacific Metals Corp.

Blaine Bailey

CFO

Mr. Bailey is a CPA, CGA working with public and private companies over the past 20 years. Mr. Bailey brings complementary skills to the team in areas of finance, administration, and financial reporting. Mr. Bailey is currently the CFO of Aztec Minerals Corp, VR Resources Ltd. and Panorama Capital Corp.. Mr. Bailey received his Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honors) from the University of Manitoba in 1977, and qualified for the CPA, CGA designation in British Columbia in 1983. Mr. Bailey has served in the capacity of accountant for Molson Brewery B.C. Ltd. and controller for Nabob Coffee Co. with head offices in Zurich, Switzerland.

Senior Technical Professionals

Dr. Mark Osterberg has worked for thirty years for major and junior precious metal and base metal mining companies, over twenty years as the chief consultant and president of Mine Mappers, LLC, a consultancy to mining companies, government agencies and the investment community. He has provided high level technical expertise to projects in the USA and overseas and has managed multiyear exploration and development projects as well. He has expertise and experience in porphyry copper and molybdenum systems, including base metal skarns and related deposits, Carlin-type gold systems, shear-zone and volcanic-hosted mesothermal gold systems, magmatic Cu-Ni-PGE and construction materials. His project related experience includes grass-roots, green-fields reconnaissance programs, brownfields exploration and development programs, mine geology and modeling. He has provided technical expertise to investment houses considering financial participation in mining projects. He has developed innovative mapping techniques for regional and mine scale programs, is an expert GIS for Geology practitioner and is fluent in Maptek’s Vulcan modeling software. He is a Professional Geologist in Arizona and Wisconsin and a member of Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME).
